Officially began in 1872, Buffalo County Fair is a 6-day fair scheduled to be held from July 22, 2026 (Wednesday) to July 27, 2026 (Monday) at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds in Kearney, Nebraska and organized by Buffalo County Fair Board. Over 40,000 people around the region are expected to visit the fair. It offers agricultural and educational events, various competitions and contests, and fun for the whole family. People of all ages will enjoy some good clean entertainment, eat first-rate food prepared by local cooks, and view some great exhibits. This year, the fair will celebrate its 154th anniversary.
