Started in 1872, Adams County Fairfest is a 5-day fair set to be held on Jul 15-19, 2026 at the Adams County Fairgrounds which is located in Hastings, Nebraska and organized by Adams County Agricultural Society. The fair attracts over 60,000 visitors around the region. It features educational and agricultural events, various competitions and contests, over 40 commercial and food vendors, and fun for the whole family. People of all ages will enjoy some good clean entertainment, eat first-rate food prepared by local cooks, and view some great exhibits. This year, the fair will celebrate its 154th anniversary.
