Founded in 1988, Salem Fair is a 12-day fair scheduled to be held from July 1, 2026 (Wednesday) to July 12, 2026 (Sunday) at the Salem Civic Center Complex in Salem, Virginia and organized by Salem Fair Board. Over 350,000 people around the region are expected to visit the fair. It offers agricultural and educational events, various competitions and contests, and fun for the whole family. People of all ages will enjoy some good clean entertainment, eat first-rate food prepared by local cooks, and view some great exhibits. This is the 38th edition of the event.
