Officially began in 1946, Howard County Fair is a 8-day fair scheduled to be held from August 8, 2026 (Saturday) to August 15, 2026 (Saturday) at the Howard County Fairgrounds in West Friendship, Maryland and organized by Howard County Fair Association. Over 85,000 people around the region are expected to visit the fair. It offers agricultural and educational events, various competitions and contests, and fun for the whole family. People of all ages will enjoy some good clean entertainment, eat first-rate food prepared by local cooks, and view some great exhibits. This is the 80th edition of the event.
