Officially began in 1852, Lake County Fair is a 10-day fair scheduled to be held from August 7, 2026 (Friday) to August 16, 2026 (Sunday) at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Crown Point, Indiana and organized by Lake County Agricultural Society. The fair attracts over 190,000 visitors around the region. It offers agricultural and educational events, various competitions and contests, and fun for the whole family. People of all ages will enjoy some good clean entertainment, eat first-rate food prepared by local cooks, and view some great exhibits. This year, the fair will celebrate its 174th anniversary.
