Officially began in 1887, Canyon County Fair is a 4-day fair scheduled to be held from July 23, 2026 (Thursday) to July 26, 2026 (Sunday) at the Canyon County Fairgrounds in Caldwell, Idaho and organized by Canyon County Fair Board. Over 60,000 people around the region are expected to visit the fair. It offers agricultural and educational events, various competitions and contests, and fun for the whole family. People of all ages will enjoy some good clean entertainment, eat first-rate food prepared by local cooks, and view some great exhibits. This year, the fair will celebrate its 139th anniversary.
