Officially began in 1946, Madera County Fair is a 4-day fair scheduled to be held from May 7, 2026 (Thursday) to May 10, 2026 (Sunday) at the Chowchilla Fairgrounds in Chowchilla, California and organized by Madera County Fair Board. The fair will host over 25,000 visitors around the region. It offers agricultural and educational events, various competitions and contests, and fun for the whole family. People of all ages will enjoy some good clean entertainment, eat first-rate food prepared by local cooks, and view some great exhibits. This year, the fair will celebrate its 80th anniversary.
