Officially began in 1934, North Alabama State Fair is a 7-day fair scheduled to be held from September 14, 2026 (Monday) to September 20, 2026 (Sunday) at the North Alabama State Fairgrounds in Muscle Shoals, Alabama and organized by North Alabama State Fair Inc. Over 80,000 people around the region are expected to visit the fair. It offers agricultural and educational events, various competitions and contests, and fun for the whole family. People of all ages will enjoy some good clean entertainment, eat first-rate food prepared by local cooks, and view some great exhibits. This year, the fair will celebrate its 92nd anniversary.
